The Safety Toolkit is a way to encourage all Bolt scooter and e-bike users to be more responsible for their own safety. This feature includes the following elements:
- Beginner Mode: limit the maximum speed and learn how to ride an e-scooter.
- How to ride: tips for beginners.
- Safety tips: reminders about responsible and safe riding.
- Local rules: information related to local micro mobility regulations.
To access the Safety Toolkit, users simply need to switch the Bolt app to Scooter mode and tap on the shield icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
